SmokeO₂ products are built around emergency safety technology designed to support breathing, reduce exposure to harmful airborne particles, and help users move toward safety during fire, smoke, or hazardous air emergencies.
This technology platform combines oxygen-generating materials, multi-layer filtration, sealed emergency packaging, and fast-use product design. The SmokeO₂ Mask is the first product application of this system, with future product development expected to explore related safety gear, smoke protection tools, chemical response products, and other emergency-use technologies.
SmokeO₂ technology is not intended to replace evacuation, emergency services, fire safety systems, or professional protective equipment required for occupational hazardous environments. Its purpose is to provide short-term emergency support during escape.
The SmokeO₂ safety platform is designed around four connected functions:
These functions work together to support the user during the critical minutes when smoke, toxic particles, and reduced oxygen may make breathing and movement more difficult.
The SmokeO₂ Mask uses a built-in oxygen-generating component designed to react with carbon dioxide and moisture from a user’s exhaled breath. As the user breathes into the mask, the oxygen generator activates through a continuous chemical reaction that helps produce oxygen during emergency use.
This system is designed for short-term evacuation support. It should not be described as medical oxygen, a breathing apparatus, or a replacement for certified occupational respirators.
Average oxygen concentration increase of 7.9 vol% over 15 minutes
Carbon dioxide removal of over 10,000 ppm for 15 minutes
These results support the product’s intended role as an emergency breathing-support tool during evacuation.
| Layer / Material Type | Function |
| Rayon Layers | Support comfort, structure, and contact with the face |
| Activated Carbon Fabric | Helps support harmful gas and odor reduction |
| KF94 Melt-Blown Filter Material | Helps improve fine-particle and ultra-fine particle filtration |
| Wet-Type Filtration Support | Uses naturally derived extracts to support filtration performance and breathing comfort |
The SmokeO₂ Mask uses a 5-layer composite filtering fabric designed to help reduce exposure to smoke particles, fine dust, ultrafine particles, and harmful substances.
The filter structure combines several material types, including rayon, activated carbon fabric, and KF94-grade melt-blown filter material.
The filtration system is designed for emergency use during evacuation. It should not be presented as universal protection against all gases, chemicals, smoke conditions, or airborne hazards.
The SmokeO₂ Mask fabric was tested using sodium chloride and paraffin oil particles. The documented test particle sizes ranged from 0.02 μm to 2 μm, with average particle sizes of 0.6 μm for sodium chloride and 0.4 μm for paraffin oil.
| Test Material | Test 1 | Test 2 | Test 3 |
| Sodium Chloride | 98.90% | 99.50% | 99.60% |
| Paraffin Oil | 98.00% | 99.40% | 99.00% |
These results show strong fine-particle blocking performance under the documented test conditions.
The SmokeO2 Mask filtration system includes selected naturally derived extracts as part of its wet-type filtration support. These ingredients are used within the filtration system to support filtration performance and breathing comfort during emergency use.

The oxygen-generating material is housed inside a sealed double-casing structure. This packaging design is intended to prevent external leakage of the material before and during use.
The SmokeO₂Mask technology was evaluated in a simulated fire-scene environment. Testing was performed inside a transparent chamber using ignition materials to replicate smoke and fire-related conditions.
During the test, the user placed their head and hands inside the chamber, wore the mask over the nose and mouth, and breathed continuously while gas detectors and a timer monitored the environment.
The documented test result states that the user maintained respiration for 15 minutes while wearing the mask. The experiment was stopped after 15 minutes for safety reasons.
This test supports the product’s intended use as short-term emergency evacuation support. It should not be presented as proof that the product is safe for all fire conditions.

SmokeO2 products do not replace:
The product should be used only as directed and only as support while evacuating.
The SmokeO₂ Mask is an emergency evacuation-support product intended to help support breathing while evacuating from smoke-filled or hazardous air environments. It does not guarantee protection from all gases, chemicals, smoke conditions, oxygen-depleted environments, or fire-related hazards.
Users should evacuate immediately, call emergency services when safe to do so, and follow all official emergency instructions.
Do not use SmokeO₂ Mask as a reason to remain inside a burning or hazardous structure.
